object. \u00a0 \u00a0The purpose of the numeric input is to allow the operator to enter values into the processor. \u00a0 This could be the speed set-point of a \u00a0drive, a temperature set-point, or the preset of a timer or counter.<\/p><div id=\"bryce-2368053169\" class=\"bryce-afterfirst bryce-entity-placement\"><script async Numeric input will write to a numeric data type in the processor&#8217;s memory such as a DINT or an INT.<\/p>\n<p>In this example, we will add a numeric input cursor point object to our display to change this value from our display screen.<\/p>\n<h2>Add the object<\/h2>\n<p>First, let&#8217;s add the Numerc Input Cursor Point object onto our screen. \u00a0 \u00a0To do this, click Objects |
