I&#8217;m using FactoryTalk Vew ME Version 11.   I&#8217;m creating the runtime for an older Panelview or FactoryTalk View ME Station.   Specifically, the error was:  <\/p><div id=\"bryce-2085264603\" class=\"bryce-afterfirst bryce-entity-placement\"><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js?client=ca-pub-8316758073402323\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\"><\/script><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-8316758073402323\" \ndata-ad-slot=\"7728240895\" \ndata-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins>\n<script> \n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); \n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>See Rockwell Automation Knowledgebase Answer ID 1041447.<br>ERROR: Unsupported feature=Audit Trail; Component type=Startup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since I don&#8217;t have access to the Knowledgebase, I did some searches in Google.  In this post, I&#8217;ll walk you through how I resolved this error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Be sure &#8220;Audit Trail&#8221; is not checked in Startup. <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Obviously, before checking anything else, check your Startup configuration.  There should not be a check on &#8220;Audit Trail&#8221; if you are creating an earlier runtime revision. However, when I tried to create the runtime, I received the error again.  In spite of unchecking &#8220;Audit Trail&#8221;, I still received the error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Set Compatibility for VStuidio<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>After this procedure, I have not received the error again.   I set the compatibility for VStudio to Windows 7. Meanwhile, you should now have a valid runtime application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This procedure worked for me.   I&#8217;m simply sharing my experience.  I hope that it might work for you.
